This is a blend of estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. The wine is aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels. Finishes with leather, espresso and wild blackberry. Highly recommended. Meritage food pairings: grilled venison, rib-eye steak, flat iron steak, other full-flavoured dishes.”
